David C. Reiss is currently the Executive Director of Ocean State Community Resources, Inc. He has been the Executive Director of OSCR since May of 1991. David has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and a Master’s Degree in Education.    

David has a variety of practical, clinical and managerial experience in both the public and private sectors. Beginning his career at the Joseph H. Ladd Center in 1978 as a direct care staff, David has been a behavioral specialist at Ladd and the Institute of Mental Health and a Policy Analyst for the Department of Children Youth and Families.

OSCR has grown significantly in size and scope under the current administration. The agency’s focus is on providing individualized supports. David has an open style of management and is extremely accessible to all.
