The OPTIONS program allows the "employer" the flexibility to choose whom they want, how much to pay, when they need them, and what the employee(s) will do for them. Due to the minimal fee structure provided by OPTIONS, the state approved plan money stretches much further than a traditional service delivery provider as well. It is a Win-Win scenario for everyone!
