Ocean State Community Resources, Inc. (OSCR) is a Rhode Island based non-profit agency that provides a variety of services and supports to children and adults with developmental and other disabilities.

Established in 1982 to support the de-institutional movement for adults with developmental disabilities, OSCR continues to advance its mission in scope and size to meet the emerging needs of Rhode Islanders. Currently OSCR services over 600 children and adults.
