Home Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS) are specialized health services
delivered in a child's home and in community settings.
SUPPORT STAFF
Our support staff have the necessary education and/or experience needed
to provide quality support. Each staff person is interviewed and
screened utilizing employee and criminal background checks. They are
trained to meet the individual needs of each child. OSCR and families
work collaboratively in the selection of support staff.
WHAT IS HBTS?
An individualized Treatment Plan with measurable goals and objectives is
submitted by OSCR to the Department of Human Services (DHS) or a CEDARR
Family Center. Once approved for a 6-month period, the HBTS staff
implements the Treatment Plan.
OSCR is committed to providing quality services by
working cooperatively with medical personnel, school systems, social
service agencies and most importantly, FAMILIES.
It is OSCR's philosophy that the family is an integral
part of the team and their input is paramount for the success of the
program. |
