David C. Reiss is currently the Executive Director of Ocean State Community Resources, Inc. He has been the Executive Director of OSCR since May of 1991. David has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and a Master’s Degree in Education. David has a variety of practical, clinical and managerial experience in both the public and private sectors. Beginning his career at the Joseph H. Ladd Center in 1978 as a direct care staff, David has been a behavioral specialist at Ladd and the Institute of Mental Health and a Policy Analyst for the Department of Children Youth and Families.
