OSCR encourages independence in all settings, including cooking, cleaning, hygiene, personal relationships, making choices or community activities. All of our programs have access to twenty-four hour on-call administrative staff and nursing services.

Our agency understands that family relationships are important to the people we support. We assist all people with fostering and maintaining healthy family contact. Families are encouraged to visit when they so choose.

Our programs are located in Warren, Bristol, Lincoln, Pawtucket, Riverside, Warwick, North Smithfield, East Providence and Woonsocket. Each home is unique to the people who are residing in them.
