Ocean State Community Resources, Inc. (OSCR) supports individuals with developmental disabilities who live in their own homes, apartments and group residences.

These family settings are located in residential neighborhoods all throughout the State of Rhode Island. The people who live in these homes are encouraged to work, vote, and be active citizens in their communities.

We currently operate nine residential homes throughout the State.  We provide services on a twenty-four basis in each of these programs. All of the Direct Support Professional shifts are awake positions, so that there is continuous care and monitoring throughout the day and night.
