WHAT IS HBTS? An individualized Treatment Plan with measurable goals and objectives is submitted by OSCR to the Department of Human Services (DHS) or a CEDARR Family Center. Once approved for a 6-month period, the HBTS staff implements the Treatment Plan. OSCR is committed to providing quality services by working cooperatively with medical personnel, school systems, social service agencies and most importantly, FAMILIES. It is OSCR's philosophy that the family is an integral part of the team and their input is paramount for the success of the program. back
